Payments
• 25% deposit due at booking and 25% deposit 72 hours before the event
• Final guest count required 72 hours before the event
• 20% service gratuity applies
Cancellations
• Cancel 5+ days before: Full deposit refund
• Cancel within 5 days: Deposit credited toward a future event (valid for 6 months)
